From The Director’s Desk

Kumarans has been in the field of education for the last 50 years. We, with our years of experience in education have always tried to nurture excellence, foster talent and build a sense of integrity and brotherhood in all our students.

Our pre-university course was started with an intent of extending quality education in Plus I and II which we consider very crucial irrespective of the courses and options taken. Students are provided with rich resources - peer learning, library or academic information from our teachers with the fond hope that Kumaranites can enrich themselves and go ahead to carve their future.

We understand that students need to be provided inputs and guidance and thus career counselling and emotional counselling are integral features of our college. We, in these two years hope to use the energy each student has with a strong conviction that each child is unique.

We, like our students, believe that excellence is important in all spheres of life and thus each year we have tried to expand our academic, co-curricular and sports activities that our children enjoy.

It is also very important for each parent and child to understand that, to promote and sustain a good academic community of learners, rules and regulations concerning student behaviour need to be respected and upheld. Kumarans has its own code of conduct, which is told, and explained to each student and we believe that the students understand the need for such codes and most importantly accept responsibility for their conduct at all times while in college or outside college.
