School excursions are among the most prominent of the formative years, largely because they are a welcome break in the routine for both students and teachers. While their purpose is essentially to educate, they can also be a fun bonding experience for everyone involved. It gives students an opportunity to spend time with each other in a new environment and the experience of travelling in a group and teaches them to be respectful of the locations they visit. They may be able to connect on a more personal level without the structure of the normal school day.

This year the students of classes 4 and 5 were taken to Dreamland resort near Nela mangala in the month of August. The children enjoyed the green environs of the resort and also played various outdoor games.

The students of classes 6 and 7 were taken to Wonderla – the Amusement Park in the month of July. Wonderla - a synonym for fun was an exciting experience for all . Wonderla with its thrill packed rides was a delight to all.

The students of classes 8, 9 and 10 were taken on a trip to Shilhaandara Resort near Ramnagar.

They had a rejuvenating and delightful day out at Shilhaandara Resort . They were provided with an array of enjoyable activities – an exciting session of indoor activities such as Table Tennis, Carom, chess, Dart and various other equally enthralling activities. They relaxed themselves by completing a few laps of swim in the pool and enjoyed an exciting rain dance session and also shook a leg while grooving to the tracks of DJ.

They returned with memories to cherish!
