Dr. Sashank Krishnamurthy (Batch of 2009) has a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras, and has done his MS, and PhD. He has been working as a research scientist since 2021, at Intel Labs, Hillsboro, Oregon, USA. He presented 10 papers he authored during PhD at top IEEE conferences and journals. His PhD research focused on building silicon integrated circuits for radio receivers for 5G and Internet of Things applications. ‘Aim high and work hard’ has been his motto always, and the value system inculcated by Kumarans was integral in helping him stay grounded.
