Cancellation of Admission

Refund Policy of Fees

Sri Kumaran Children’s Home Educational Council (Kumaran) reserves the right to cancel the admission or registration of a student at any time during the academic session. Once the admission process is completed, no refund of fees will be entertained.

Cancellation by Parents

If a parent chooses to withdraw the student’s admission for any reason, no refund of the amount paid will be provided. In case any excess payment is made at any time during the academic session—whether by cheque, demand draft, credit/debit card, electronic fund transfer, or cash—the excess amount will be adjusted against subsequent term fee payments.

This website is owned and operated by the SKCHEC – Kumaran Administration and Staff. It has been designed to provide information about the school and its activities and reflects the policies and procedures established by the Management. SKCHEC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or aspect of the website at any time, without prior notice, including availability or access requirements.

Parents are required to ensure that school fees are paid on time as per the communicated schedule. Timely payment supports smooth administrative functioning.
